How do I can break my contract with Direct TV to pay?
My wife and I currently have Direct TV and have about a year left to go on the contract. We have been very unhappy with the service there. We have to constantly reset the receiver, the bonds of DVR, we sent a RF remote control and now not have a system that supports it. More recently, we're going this week and called for moves to draw up their new home. They said they could not establish a while, but they call in 72 hours to make an appointment. 72 hours to come and go over and then call the same answer as someone to call at 72 am, and guess what in 72 hours we'll all be ready for translation! As I have said that their customer service has been very low in the year that we had, and DVR service dose not work as announced, so how we can break our contract without paying cancellation fees? Thanks
Call and ask for a manger and explain the situation for him. If you do not cancel without termination fees, then file a complaint with the BBB about this.
